Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Parliament of Owls. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipmentprocessing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Delivery Estimates and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours, and will provide an estimated arrival date of your consignment. All consignments are delivered Monday- Friday, from 9am-5pm.

Please be advised that occasional delays do occur and our team will keep you as informed as possible should this happen.

PO Box Delivery

We do not offer delivery to PO Box addresses, nor is our carrier allowed to leave a consignment at a PO Box.

Age Verification Upon Delivery

XL Express drivers are required to verify the age of the person receiving a consignment in the event the person receiving is believed to be under the age of 18.

Delivery Instructions

Our carriers will make every reasonable attempt to follow delivery instructions as provided, however TWC prefers/ recommends “ATL FD” (Authority to Leave at Front Door).
